據說是食品界的米其林 獲頒風味絕佳獎章 2 星獎章
然後 我今天用它跟黑豆一起混合來煮黑豆飯
沒想到這個米煮起來 大又甜又好吃
不用加任何東西 自然就會很甜
果真是名不虛傳啊

I recently bought a new type of milk rice called “Hatsuyuki Miki,” which is an improved variety by the Japanese Milk Queen.
It is touted as the Michelin of the food industry and has been awarded the Excellent Flavor Medal and 2-Star Medal.
Today, I cooked black bean rice using this rice, and unexpectedly, the rice turned out large, sweet, and delicious.
It doesn’t need any additional ingredients; it naturally tastes sweet.
It truly lives up to its reputation!
