最早一開始，我是從foodpanda知道唐太盅的。當時點的是它的胡椒豬肚雞盅，也就是鳳凰投胎湯，味道十分令人驚艷！喝完很舒服，讓我印象深刻至今。

今天晚上去散步，無意間路過，抬頭一看，竟然就是曾經讓我印象深刻的唐太盅，實在忍不住想要多看幾眼。

它的門口有一個皇帝御座，
然後裡面牆上掛有幾件古裝服飾，餐飲以藥膳湯品為主題，還有青瓷碗呼應唐太宗用膳器皿，桌椅是我們在古裝劇會看到的木桌椅。不禁讓我腦袋裡閃過一幕幕曾經看過的宮廷古裝劇。

我很自然地走進去店家。
今晚我點的是何首烏燉雞盅。
很棒！湯頭很道地，
而且雞肉很甜嫩、火候很剛好，不會澀。以後，我路過，肯定會再進來這兒喝湯。

I first discovered Tang Tai Chung through foodpanda. The Pepper Pork Stomach Chicken Pot, also known as Phoenix Rebirth Soup, was my initial choice, and its flavor was truly astonishing! The experience left a lasting impression on me.

Tonight, while strolling, I coincidentally passed by Tang Tai Chung. I couldn’t resist taking a closer look. The entrance featured an emperor’s throne, and inside, there were ancient costumes displayed on the walls. The restaurant focuses on medicinal soups, with Qing Dynasty-style bowls reminiscent of Tang Dynasty dining vessels. The wooden tables and chairs added a touch of historical drama, evoking scenes from period dramas.

Naturally, I walked into the establishment. This evening, I ordered the Polygonum Multiflorum Chicken Pot. It was fantastic! The broth was authentic, and the chicken was tender with perfect cooking, avoiding any unpleasant taste. In the future, whenever I pass by, I’ll revisit for their soup.
